Flow of the Event

6:30pm: Opening circle, optional sharing.

6:45pm: Qigong and somatic warm-up exercises

6:55pm: Non-verbal, Non-guided dance experience begins.

Freedom to move as you choose. Music builds, creating high energy and ecstatic movement.

Transition to slow, gentle landing, leading to stillness and reflection.

8:10pm: Soothing Sound Bath.

8:50pm: Closing circle. Non-verbal time concludes. An opportunity for those that wish to verbally connect.

In Preparation

• Bring a yoga mat for the sound healing.
• For optimum results ensure you are well hydrated throughout the day and bring lots of water with you.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement - and keeps you cool as you will get sweaty!!
• A near empty stomach or a light bite is recommended.
• Leave your worries at the door, and forget them when you leave.
